Conditions for Return and Credit

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our merchandise, should you need to return an item, we'll exchange it or credit you with purchase price (excluding handling costs). Certain restrictions Apply:

1)Returned merchandise must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged - and must have the tags intact and still attached. If the product is defective, please provide a detailed explanation in the return package.
2) All return or exchange must be claimed within 15 days of receiving merchandise.
3) Personalized items are final sale, no returns, no exchanges.

Order Cancellation

All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your dress is a one-off tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling 25% of the item price.
