How will I be notified of my order status?
We contact our customers by email at various points of the order process. It is necessary for you to includes an email address on your order.
The first email is sent immediately after an order is sent  to our email address. The next email is sent 7 - 10 business days thereafter to confirm your order has been placed with the designer and will include the estimated shipping of your order to our location. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order is shipped from our location and will include the tracking number.

How to decide what size to order?
Each manufacturer offers their own size chart, So, please decide your size by our size chart. Keep in mind that the measurements are taken to determine the closest size to be ordered and that the garment will not be custom-made to the exact measurements.   Almost every gown will need some type of adjustment.
Prior to selecting your size to order, we suggest reviewing the information provided in How to Measure. The designer will be unable to accommodate any changes to the size once the order has been placed.

Can I get a discount on my gown?

Sure, if you order more than 3 dresses in one order, we will give you some discount. The rate of your discount varies depending on the quantity of your order and the promotion we offer at the time of your purchase and the amount of total discount will be calculated at the check out point. Your satisfaction is what we strive for, in 7 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems, it can be returned and refunded. You need to send back to us, Items must be in original shipped condition, unworn, unaltered, and have all original packaging.

When should I order?

How long it will take to receive my wedding gown?
Normally, it will take 14-21 days to make your dress after we got your payment and delivery time about 5- 7 days for shipping. So, you can get your dress within 30 days.

Can I place a rush order?
Yes, we can accept rush order service, as follow:
1,  7 days rush order, mean take 7 days time to make, and shipping time 3-7 days.
2,  14 days rush order, mean take 14 days time to make, and shipping time 3-7 days.

What should I do if there is a problem with my wedding dress?

Our merchandise is inspected carefully before we ship to you. Each and every garment goes through a 25 Point Inspection Process. Can I see a swatch of the color I'm interested in before I order?
Sorry, the shipping cost is very expensive, so we do not have swatches available for customers. You can confirm the dress color by two ways, as follow:
  1.view our color chart, choose color on internet.
  2.send me a color picture, and we will tell you if we have this color for your dress. 
Note: Not any extra cost for color change.
